Ndigbo and Nigeria lost a great son this Sunday: Senator Uche Chukwumerije. He died in a hospital in Abuja.
Chukwumerije, a former Biafran propagandist, trade unionist, secretary of information and since 2003 senator representing Abia North, was a cerebral intellectual of no mean repute.
The world mourns him.
