Eight years after motorcycle (okada) operators were barred from plying the streets and roads of the Federal Capital Territory, unpainted taxis (popularly called “kabu-kabu”) are receiving the same treatment.
Law enforcement agents have been authorised to seize any kabu-kabu seen in the FCT.
