Ward congresses were supposed to have taken place in all the 36 states and the FCT on Nov. 1. As ususal, the PDP governors hijacked the process: names were compiled and forwarded as those of the victors.
Serving and aspiring lawmakers who were not in the governors’ good books have been crying both in the media and in their homes. They forget that it was a similar scam that they once benefitted from.
