Kano State governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, now in the APC, will officially declare his intention to seek his party’s presidential ticket on Oct. 23. Other aspirants in the party that have declared interest include former vice-president Atiku Abubakar (on September 24) and Muhammadu Buhari (Oct. 15). Sam Nda-Isaiah hopes to declare on Oct. 28 in Minna.
