Outside the Classroom

SYNOPSIS

Written out of a passion for unorthodox methods of teaching and learning, Outside the Classroom: Entrepreneurship Development and Job Creation Through Career-focused Education speaks to every student in every tertiary institution and to every policymaker in every nation. It’s a call to education reform in a country where millions of young people churned out by schools remain unemployed after many years.

This book, dedicated to “all innovators chasing their dreams in a windy world”,contains everything one needs to know about entrepreneurship and even creates an ideal school of entrepreneurship in a changing world. Outside the Classroom challenges youngsters with bankable ideas to live their dreams. It is expected to be a standard textbook for students of Entrepreneurship Studies, even as it serves as a guide for innovators who are constantly burning with creativity.

In the last chapter, “Network Governance”, the author, himself an entrepreneur, shows how a leader with the entrepreneurial mindset can transform a society by ensuring peace and economic prosperity. He shows an easy way to banish terrorism, corruption, nepotism and other crimes with the aid of ICT.

Authored by Aniebo Nwamu, Outside the Classroom: Entrepreneurship Development and Job Creation Through Career-focused Education contains a foreword written by foremost economist and entrepreneur Suleiman Yahyah.
