The Nigerian Senate Wednesday voted to reject Mr Ibrahim Magu as chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Magu appeared before the Senate for the second time.
All eyes are now on the presidency that nominated Magu. The acting EFCC boss, however, doesn’t seem to be in good company, as President Muhammadu Buhari is indisposed. Hawks in the presidency and in the National Assembly are said to be after Magu.
