The federal government of Nigeria intends to spend N6trillion in the 2016 fiscal year, minister of budget and national planning Udoma Udoma said on Monday after a FEC meeting. It also expects that oil will sell for $38 and that 2.2million barrels will be sold each day.
Budgets are rarely implemented in Nigeria.
