The death of former governor of old Cross River State (1983) and former senator (1979-83) Chief Donald Etiebet has been announced. His younger brother Don Etiebet is a computer magnate that was former petroleum minister and former national chairman of the APP.
The Akwa Ibom State government announced the elder Etiebet’s demise Wednesday.
Etiebet died since July 22 but a formal announcement has just been made. His burial takes place on Dec. 11. He was 85.
