Terrorist gang Boko Haram is on a rampage of human and materials destruction in northern Nigeria. It has exploded its wares of death via suicide bombing in parts of Borno and Plateau states since President Muhammadu Buhari assumed office on May 29.
On Saturday, armed bandits sacked Shonong village in Riyom LGA of Plateau State and set fires to hundreds of homes. The villagers were not killed but they have turned refugees.
Dozens were killed and scores wounded when a bomber hit a mosque inside a market in Maiduguri, also on Saturday.
