Boko Haram abducted the emir of Bukukuyum, Zamfara State, Alhaji Muhammadu Usman, on the night of March 20. The state commissioner of information, Ibrahim Magaji, said on Saturday that suspected members of the terrorist group did the deed.
The emir’s whereabouts remained unknown on Saturday.
