Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!

We at Eyeway wish all our visitors a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

As we march on to 2015, let us remember to put God first in the decisions we shall take, especially as they will affect the state of our country Nigeria. Will Nigeria survive 2015 as one united country? Will the doomsday prophets be vindicated?

Let’s leave everything in the hands of God. But we must play our part.

The dates for the traditional festivals — Christmas on Dec. 25 and New Year’s Day on Jan. 1 — have not changed.

No matter how difficult things may be, both the young and the old, the poor and the rich, the happy and the sad are looking forward to the celebrations.

Christmas is a Christian festival celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

New Year’s Day is the first day in the year.

Merry Christmas and happy New Year in advance!
