Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Friday defeated the Ghanaian team 1-0 during a friendly to mark the opening of a 30,000-capacity stadium in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom Stsate capital.
Governor Godswill Akpabio said the new stadium was his gift to Africa.
