The big match in the ongoing UEFA Champions League played on Wednesday night between Atletico de Madrid and Juventus, both of Group A, ended 1-0 in favour of Atletico de Madrid. The goal was scored in the second half of the match.
The two teams however demonstrated their strengths: Atletico de Madrid are the Spanish champions while Juventus are Italian champions; so it’s Spanish champions versus Italian champions.
Last year, Atletico lost the final narrowly to Real Madid. Juventus is one of the oldest teams that has won the cup three times.
