Ex-President Jonathan’s CSO Obuah Dies

Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s chief security officer, Mr Gordon Obuah, has reportedly died of heart attack at the National Hospital, Abuja.

Obuah, who was an officer of the Department of State Services (DSS), died on Thursday, a source said.

The late Obuah was sacked from the DSS after his principal lost power in 2015 and after he was investigated for an oil bunkering deal.

The immediate cause of the suspected “heart attack” is still in the realm of conjecture.

Nigeria’s EFCC on Wednesday uncovered money totalling about N15billion in a flat in Ikoyi, Lagos. Several names have been mentioned as owner of the suspected loot.
