Contrary to expectation, the Frenchman tipped to become the new coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Mr Paul Le Guen, has rejected the offer. He said he did not want to live in Nigeria.
A member of the Technical and Development Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Mr Paul Bassey, had on Monday in Abuja announced the appointment of Le Guen. He said he would be assisted by Salisu Yusuf and Imama Amapakabo, while Aloy Agu would train the goalkeeper.
