The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri Thursday declared Mr Alex Otti of APGA winner of the governorship contest held in Abia State in April 2015. It therefore directed INEC to ensure that he is sworn in.
Dr Okezie Ikpeazu of the PDP has been the state governor since May 29.
The matter will end in the Supreme Court.
