Chief Timipre Sylva was on Wednesday declared winner of a rerun primary for APC candidate for the December 5 governorship election in Bayelsa State.
An earlier primary was cancelled. Sylva won by a wider margin, even as Timi Alaibe withdrew from the race before the contest began.
