No fewer than 300 Boko Haram fighters have fallen to the superior firepower of multinational troops aided by air strikes in the past few days, according to defence spokesman Major-General Chris Olukolade in a statement.
The terrorists were killed as the troops reclaimed 11 villages in Borno State that had been occupied byBoko Haram.
