When I read a contribution by Chris Ukachukwu about two years ago revealing his interest in serious writing when he was young, I tried to take some interest in his work. His writing is often lucid, despite his proclivity towards serious grammatical errors like “you, C. Don Adinuba, was (sic) one of ex-governor Peter Obi’s major critics”, and using “in”, rather than “on”, as a preposition to go with “farm”. Please, bear with me. I am a purist, and so allergic to grammatical howlers.

– C. Don Adinuba
