Terrorist group Boko Haram appears determined to establish a “caliphate” in north-east Nigeria. The hoodlums made advances on Monday by capturing Damasak town, even as Nigerian soldiers and other adults fled on sighting the advancing Boko haram forces.
This Tuesday morning, they exploded two bombs near the Monday Market in Maiduguri. Lives were lost.
Damask is Mobar LGA of Borno State. Maiduguri is the state capital.
