It is the season of bomb rains, once again, in northern Nigeria. After Potiskum on Monday morning, another bomb was planted near the library of the Federal College of Education, Kontagora, Niger State, on Wednesday.
The female bomber has been reported killed and dozens have been injured. She was obviously targeting the library, but the bomb went off before she could reach there.
Terrorist group Boko Haram is always blamed for such murders. But the sponsors of the deadly gang that seeks to dismember Nigeria have been left untouched. No fewer than 49 students died in the Potiskum blast.
