A Lagos high court on Monday granted the request of Prof Jubril Aminu and Nuhu Aruwa to have their company, Newswatch Communications Ltd, back because the purported buyer, Jimoh Ibrahim’s company, did not pay them. The court consequently ordered all the publications of Newswatch to stop hitting the newsstands.
Ibrahim has obtained a counter-injunction. The newspapers did not miss a day on the streets.
