The Nigerian home video industry (Nollywood) lost a prized member on September 30. Mr Martin Njubuigbo, popularly called “Elder Maya” , joined his ancestors.
He died of a liver disease.
Appeal funds had been launched to settle his hospital bills, and somebody actually gave N1million.
Eyeway has not got his age but he is already a great grandfather.
The late Njubuigbo is the seventh Nollywood actor to die in 2016 alone.
