Keystone Bank, formerly called Bank PHB, is now owned by a consortium of Sigma Golf Nigeria Limited and Riverbank Investment Resources Limited.
The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in a statement said the necessary regulatory approvals had been received from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mainstreet Bank and Enterprise Bank, the two other nationalised banks, had been sold too.
